One of the things my wife and I have to consider is the possibility of living apart for a while. I would take a job in another city or state while she would stay with my daughter and house until we can either sell the house or lease it.
Since Austin has a lot of high-tech individuals who are unemployed, it has been difficult finding a position at all. To be honest, I have looked at all of the jobs and am willing to accept anything regardless of salary.
